Happy Hump Day!

Something different today – I was tagged in the Blissful Blogger Award by Emma from Microcosm of Life. Thanks, girly!

This means I must list seven random facts about myself. Alrighty then. Saddle up.

1). I will not eat banana butts. Otherwise known as the ends of the banana.

2. I still have my baby blanket. It’s name is Snuggly. Don’t judge.

3.) I have been to the Ice Cream Capital of the World – Le Mars, Iowa. Went to the Blue Bunny Museum. Yeah, baby.

4.) I have 7 nieces and nephews. So far. I’m sure that number will go up because there seems to be a competition among my siblings as to who can pop out the most babies. I showed my nieces and nephews this picture and told them I’m bff with Dora and Diego. I just wanted them to think I’m cool. Didn’t work. They may be young, but they aren’t stupid.

5.) I gave up meat for Lent 14 years ago and haven’t eaten it since. I’m hoping that wins me extra points with the Big Man upstairs. Chocolate-covered veggie bacon? Don’t mind if I do…

6.) I almost always drink out of straws.

7.) I am a certified computer nerd. An IT degree + IT certifications. I spent the first few years of my career fixing computers. Hardware, software – you name it, I fixed it. Now I spend my days maintaining servers and geekin’ out virtually from my home office.
