Meal #1:

Egg scramble (egg, cottage cheese, veggie sausage) + 1/2 grapefruit

Meal #2:

Veggie burger & hummus in a cabbage wrap + parmesan dusted green been fries (& ketchup!) + clementine.

Meal #3:

Celery sticks + peanut butter.

Meal #4:

Smoothie. Chocolate protein + frozen banana + almond milk + spinach

Meal #5:

Zucchini boats. Found this idea on Pinterest – originally from prouditaliancook.blogspot.com. Plus a bowl of pomegranate arils.

I filled mine with marinara + Upton’s Naturals Italian Seitan + mozzarella.

Meal #6:

Plain Greek yogurt + chocolate PB2 + stevia. Topped with a few dark chocolate mini chunks and coconut.

BTW, Chocolate PB2 is awesome! I’ve been adding it to everything. It’s basically powdered peanut butter. Each 2 tbsp serving has 45 calories, 6g carbs, and 4g protein. The only ingredients are roasted peanuts, cocoa, sugar, and salt.
