
Meal #1:
Egg scramble (egg, cottage cheese, veggie sausage) + 1/2 grapefruit


Meal #2:
Veggie burger & hummus in a cabbage wrap + parmesan dusted green been fries (& ketchup!) + clementine.


Meal #3:
Celery sticks + peanut butter.

Meal #4:
Smoothie. Chocolate protein + frozen banana + almond milk + spinach

Meal #5:
Zucchini boats. Found this idea on Pinterest – originally from prouditaliancook.blogspot.com. Plus a bowl of pomegranate arils.


I filled mine with marinara + Upton’s Naturals Italian Seitan + mozzarella.

Meal #6:
Plain Greek yogurt + chocolate PB2 + stevia. Topped with a few dark chocolate mini chunks and coconut.


BTW, Chocolate PB2 is awesome! I’ve been adding it to everything. It’s basically powdered peanut butter. Each 2 tbsp serving has 45 calories, 6g carbs, and 4g protein. The only ingredients are roasted peanuts, cocoa, sugar, and salt.

Oh man that chocolate P2B looks heavenly! I also love the idea of the cabbage wrap. I bought a huge head of cabbage and am looking for inspirations!

you eat SO well, all of this looks so yummy and I absolutely love the smaller portions. My life is kind of crazy right now but once it settles, I want to try to mimic this.

Where do they sell the PB2 stuff? I have seen it online everywhere but have not seen them in stores around here.

I’ve been reading your blog for a little while now–and thought I’d finally say hey! I’m also a Chi-town girl. I live in lakeview right by the lake. The TRX workouts look amaaazing! I think I’m going to have to look into them. I love cardio kickboxing and have doing it for some time now and am always looking to switch up my workouts. I looked on their website though–and it doesn’t list the class times. What time do they normally offer classes?

Hi! Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping (FXB) is a 10 week long program. Currently, the classes are at 5am, 6am, and 5:30pm and you go 6 days a week (same time every day). If you’re interested, contact them and they can give you more details on the program – I’m guessing the next session starts as soon as mine is over (end of March).
