Hey there! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! Some of you maybe even had yesterday off of work? Lucky ducks.

My weekend involved:

- Friday evening trip to Trader Joe’s.

- Saturday morning workout – almost halfway through the program!

- Grocery shopping

- Lunch and pre-Bulls game beers at WestEnd.

- Bulls game.

- Sunday afternoon mani/pedis with my BFF.

- Sunday dinner at sister’s house to celebrate her birthday.

Then yesterday I worked, worked out, and had my last photography class. I took a Digital 101 class from Chicago Photography Academy for the last four Monday nights (three hours/night). I highly recommend this class to anyone who gets a DSLR and is pretty clueless about it. The instructor started out with the absolute basics – what all of the buttons are for and the different modes and settings on our cameras. Then we learned about shutter speed, aperture, ISO, etc. and went deeper into things by the end of the four weeks. I feel like I now have a pretty solid understanding of the basics and I know what I can do to keep improving (lots and lots of practice!). I might actually take another class or two in the future (I could totally use the Lightroom 101 class!). <— (this all said on a post filled with crappy iPhone pics, ha…whatever).
