5 Week Results

Hard to believe I’m already halfway through the Farrell’s Extreme BodyShaping program. We had our 5 week testing yesterday morning. Here are my results and how they compare to where I was when I started:

I’m more than happy with my measurements and body fat %. I really just wanted to lose some of the junk in my trunk – and I did, 1.5 inches worth!

But what I’m super stoked about is my fitness progress!!

I’m actually shocked about how much I improved in only 5 weeks. I nearly doubled my push-ups. I never, ever, dreamed I would be able to do that many push-ups. Insane. Honestly, I don’t know what came over me. I mean, what?? I guess I should never underestimate what my body is capable of.

Plan for the next five weeks:

I’m only halfway through the program and I’ve pretty much already reached both my size/measurements and fitness goals, so that’s pretty awesome. I’ve been slacking off in the nutrition area the past few weeks (my “free day” has been more like “free weekend”), but since I’m happy with where I’m at I’m just going to continue doing what I’m doing. Still need to drink more water. And as far as the gym goes, there will be no slacking in that department. I will continue to put my all into every workout and get the most out of the next 5 weeks.
