Happy Friday!! Wooohoooo!!!

First, let’s get to yesterday’s eats…

Breakfast:

So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla Yogurt with chia seeds mixed in, topped with ground flax and oats. Cherries and champagne grapes on the side.

At lunchtime I took Maddux for a walk, then attempted to do an On Demand exercise video.

The lady was super annoying. She was like “Wow, you are doing such a great job.” Shut up lady, you can’t see me. So I turned her off and ended up doing 20 minutes of calisthenics on my own – squats, dips, push-ups, etc.

Lunch was a leftover black bean burger served taco style.

I broke up the black bean burger and divided it between two small soft tortillas. I then added spinach, tomato, avocado, and taco sauce.

More cherries on the side.

And lots of water + lemon.

I need to buy avocados more often. Dayyyyyum!

After work I took Maddux for a 20 minute walk/run. Well, I wanted to run, he wanted to sit and sniff the air. We compromised. I then ran a couple errands, including getting a very necessary mani/pedi ;) For real, I did need one.

That left me with about 5 minutes to grab dinner before heading out to pick Ryan up from class. Peanut butter and jelly it was.

Eaten while fending off Maddux who is a peanut butter addict.

The second half of my dinner came in the form of ice cream. After picking up Ryan from school, we stopped at Scooter’s.

Caramel Latte Crunch. Ughhhh, so gooooood.

When we got home we were greeted at the door by Maddux. Whaaaat?! Um, he’s supposed to be crated when we are gone. I have no idea how he got out. I remember putting him in there. Luckily, no damage was done. He was probably just as shocked as we were that he got out.

Anyone have any awesome weekend plans?? This is the first year in a while that I’m not going Lollapalooza and I’m a little bummed. Oh well. There is a street fest on our street that I’m sure we’ll go to. Other than that I’m guessing dinner and drinks with friends and possibly the beach.

Have a great weekend, all!!
