
My experience with Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping’s 10 Week Challenge! I completed my 10 weeks at the end of March 2012. Since then, I have not only continued to workout at Farrell’s, but I became an instructor and currently teach kickboxing and resistance training classes several days a week.












WOW! That is a great improvements. It really shows in your new body that you’re been really dedicated to your workout. Continue working out and help others to achieve that fitness too.
