June (& Beyond)

I’m too lazy to keep updating my workout log, so here’s basically what I do every week -

I workout 5-6 days a week.

3 days of kickboxing and 3 days of resistance training.

Some of those days I’m instructing.

Other than that, I sometimes go for runs and recently fell in love with stand up paddleboarding.

I also like long walks on the beach.
